Corporate Social Responsibility

At Nautilus, Inc., we foster an environment where we value diversity and unique contributions by each one of our team members. We value a trusting, open and inclusive environment by treating each person in a manner that reflects our core values. We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment for our employees, customers, partners, and the communities in which we live, work, and play. Our end goal is not to simply maximize profits, but to create a healthier world, one person at a time.

Environmental, Social & Governance Program
The dynamics of our world fitness environment have dramatically changed over the last few years, and we have transformed and evolved to better support the vision and our Environmental, Social, and Governance efforts. We provided our first ESG assessment in 2021 and thus began the foundation of our program for an ESG mindset. This foundation has allowed us to establish solid programs and synergies throughout the organization and our Supply Chain. Our prioritizations began in 2022, as we drew connections between our business, ESG strategies, and stakeholder expectations.

To enhance transparency, we have been conducting ESG Supplier Assessments and Audits covering 95% of our supplier base and established or re-established guidelines throughout the Supply Chain to improve our ESG program overall. Our assessment has been based on ISS and SASB documents, as well as Stakeholder guidance. Through the expansion of our program, we will continue to solidify the depth and validity to continuously improve our ESG program in the years to come.

Our FY23 priorities for ESG included:

• No Child Labor

• Workplace Impact: Safety

• Philanthropy & Community - Volunteering and Donations

• Employee Well Being

• Diversity & our Community - Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

• Recycling & Reclamation

• Utility Usage

Employee Contributions

Nautilus’ employees also give their time and resources to support organizations in our community. In our FY23 fiscal year, 124 of our employees collectively volunteered 932 hours of their time, through a paid benefit offer to all U.S. Nautilus employees.

Diversity and our Community

Good health knows no limitations. At Nautilus, we embrace diversity and strive to provide all equal access to the same opportunities. We focus on having an inclusive work environment, ensuring we have a diverse workforce and leveraging our exceptional products and employees to positively impact each other and the communities in which we live. Diversity is key to our success, as we develop new products with a mindset that one size does not fit all.

We also offer opportunities for our employees to engage in ERG (Employee Resource Group) programs and activities:

• Military Veterans & Allies - representing either those who served in or supports those who served in the military. We are thankful for their service.

• IDEA (inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Awareness) - works to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion within Nautilus and our communities.

• WILA (Women in Leadership & Allies) - a collaborative group of women leaders and allies at all levels coming together to inspire, empower, educate and encourage each other.

Production Donations

Nautilus, Inc. is committed to giving back to support the communities in which we work, play and live. In our FY23 fiscal year, we donated new home fitness equipment to non-profit organizations near our core centers of operation: Columbus, Ohio; Moreno Valley, California; and Vancouver, Washington.

We receive an overwhelming number of product donation requests each month. Many organizations, programs and events meet the basic requirements, but we unfortunately cannot fill every request we receive. As our business grows, so too does the number of requests, but we aim to support as many local charities as possible. If you are interested in receiving product donations, please email a product request to [email protected] We ask that you please allow 4-6 weeks for us to review and respond to your inquiry.
